BROOKLYN, NY– Cops are looking for the Grand Street thieves who have ridden off with about $3,000 worth of bikes in the past month.

One bike thief tried to nab a 44-year-old delivery man’s electronic bike, which he was locking up outside 164 Grand St., at about 3:15 on Nov. 12, said police.

Surveillance video shows the bike thief sneaking up behind his victim and shoving him away from the bike.

The delivery man chased down the cycling crook who was forced to flee on foot, police said.

Two other bike thieves attacked last month, grabbing a Shurley Straggler and a Lotus Vintage bicycle from inside a home on Grand Street and Manhattan Avenue at about 4 a.m. on Oct. 31, police said.

The two bikes are worth about $2,700 in total, police said.

Police are now looking for the three men and ask anyone with information about these incidents to contact the NYPD.
