Moore pleaded guilty after entering a plea agreement with the District Attorney Michael Rourke.

According to releases, Moore will spend 12 years in the Department of Corrections. Moore fondled five female patients at a UCH emergency room in west Greeley, Colorado from March 2014 to April 2015, according to court records.

Law enforcements reported that five women came forward after seeing that Moore was arrested in Fort Collins for allegedly sexually assaulting patients there as well.

Moore fondled the women’s breast while administering the drug morphine and other painkillers, according to the victim’s statements. This information comes right after a landlord in Waterford, Connecticut was extorting tenants for sexual acts.

Moore will be sentenced in the Weld County, Colorado case on December 15. He also has pending cases in Larimer and Adams counties, the news releases says.
